Description

Use case: multiplayer logic. It would be great to be able to run Playcanvas engine on the server-side entirely without a renderer.
Currently, you need to provide a canvas element to create an Application, and we are using https://www.npmjs.com/package/webgl-mock-threejs for this purpose inside the Node.js environment, and that is what we want to avoid.
