Description
When developing for mobile, often games have manifest.json, encouraging users to install it (Add to Home Screen from Chrome/Safari).
Currently, it is possible to add to home screen Launcher, but it has no manifest.json, so it does not provide a thumbnail, or especially the display option, which is mostly used as fullscreen when installing from Chrome/Safari.
Add <link rel="manifest" href="..."> with relevant manifest.json file. With details used from application, like: name, short_name, start_url, display (set to fullscreen), description and icons.

Research direction
No file or test is named in the issue. Start by locating the Launcher HTML entry point and the application details used there, then add the manifest link and relevant manifest.json values described in the request. Done means the Launcher exposes the manifest, including fullscreen display behavior, application metadata, and icons for installation.
