Description
Related forum thread: https://forum.playcanvas.com/t/asset-upload-file-size-limit-exceed/21348/
While it makes sense to not be part of a project due to issues around version control etc, could be give users access to CDN like storage where it's like Git LFS or even just a file dump?
With more projects being made with video content over the last year or so, I think there is going to be growing demand to be able to host large files and also not eat into current storage quotas via version control.

Research direction
Start with the related forum thread at https://forum.playcanvas.com/t/asset-upload-file-size-limit-exceed/21348/ and trace how shared storage and current upload or storage quotas are represented in the editor. Done would require a defined, implemented path for hosting very large files outside project version control and without consuming the existing project storage quota.
