Description
- Feature Request.
We hope to integrate Pio Remote in our Python library, is there a way to do that. If we just integrate the PIO's path in the code on a local machine, it won't work in other computers because PIO.exe does dependent on the Python enviorment in the local machine. The best way is to have a API in Python side, does Platformio have a plan of that ?

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by clarifying the intended Python API for Pio Remote and its portability requirements; done would require an agreed implementation scope that avoids dependence on one machine’s Python environment.
