Description

Currently, we're using the primary key id to track round order, but it doesn't guarantee strict sequencing.
We need a new round_index column to explicitly define the round order.

Research direction

Start by locating the round table model and the migration entry point that defines its columns. Determine how existing rounds should receive sequential round_index values and how new rounds preserve ordering. Done means the column is present and round order no longer depends on the primary key id.
