Description

In scr4/s_wprt.c, the function PrintDlg() is called to create a Device Context where all output (text, graph...) are then drawn.
While this works fine in 32-bit Embarcadero, the PrintDlg() function returns 0 in 64-bit VC and the Device Context is not created.
