Description
Now we are abandoning Borland in benefit of MSVC (and GCC later ?), it is the right time to merge tests for C functions into the tests for C++ functions/methods.
The C++ API is an Object Oriented wrapper above the flat public C API. For consistency and clarity, we need to test both the C and C++ public API in the same test functions.
