Description
What happened
The docs-v0.56.x/contribution-guidelines/ page is missing the
"Contribute to Piped Plugins" section, while other sections like
"Contribute to PipeCD Blogs" and "Contribute to PipeCD Documentation"
are present.
This section exists in docs-v1.0.x but has not been added to
docs-v0.56.x.
Screenshot
Expected behavior
The "Contribute to Piped Plugins" section should be visible in the
docs-v0.56.x contribution guidelines, consistent with other versions.
Suggested fix

docs/content/en/docs-v0.56.x/contribution-guidelines/

Compare the existing "Contribute to Piped Plugins" section in docs-v1.0.x with the contribution guidelines under docs/content/en/docs-v0.56.x/contribution-guidelines/. Add the referenced contributing-plugins.md to the docs-v0.56.x contribution-guidelines directory, then verify that the section is visible in the rendered contribution guidelines.
