Description
Before submitting
- I searched existing issues and did not find a duplicate.
- I included enough detail to reproduce or investigate the problem.
Area
Not sure
Steps to reproduce
- opened the App started working on my project, spun up several agents, got a message that T3 Code crashed (though the app was still open, and al timers still running, but chat was not responsive) Took about 10 mins to crash each time
- Seems to be tied to number of subagents, 1-2 seems fine, but 4-5 broke every time
Expected behavior
T3 Code should not crash
Actual behavior

Been using T3 Code for about 2 weeks, these are the first crashes I experienced, and they were right after upgrading to 26.6.2

Research direction
Start by reproducing the crash on macOS 26.6.2 with four or five subagents running, then collect the relevant crash logs and inspect the app's agent-management and chat responsiveness entry points. Done means identifying the cause of the periodic crash and verifying that the app remains responsive under the reported workload.
