[Bug]: File view/tree does not update when clicking on update button (remote host)

Steps to reproduce

1. Connect via ssh remote
2. Have a large folder/project with many files
3. codex creates new files
4. the right pane file view does not update. Clicking on the update icon does not update the view. No error, nothing.

Not sure if 2 is requiered. It happens in 2 large projects with many folders and files, in all threads.

Restarting t3code (macos) and the server does not update the view either.

Expected behavior

File view updates and shows newly created folders

File view is stale

I am a bit confused and don't know how to debug this further or give more details. Will update if I find more information.

The affected area is apps/desktop; reproduce with an SSH remote and a large project, then trace the file-view update button and remote file-refresh path. Done means newly created folders appear after Codex creates them and after clicking update, including after restarting the app and server; no test path is named in the issue.
