Research direction
Start by reproducing the Vercel passkey sign-in in the in-app browser on macOS and trace the authentication flow responsible for invoking Touch ID. Done means the expected fingerprint prompt appears reliably during passkey sign-in; use the issue's reproduction steps as the initial check.
