Description
Before submitting
- I searched existing issues and did not find a duplicate.
- I included enough detail to reproduce or investigate the problem.
Area
apps/web
Steps to reproduce
This is the closest issue that I could find (https://github.com/pingdotgg/t3code/issues/236) but my use case is for git repos that are git initialized; still the check point seems to fail at every turn of the conversation. And I'm not able to see the full work log in order to copy and paste it here. I can only see the cutoff.
Expected behavior
The checkpoint mechanism should work
Actual behavior
Failing at every back and forth
Impact
Minor bug or occasional failure
Version or commit
Installed it via the DMG.
Environment
macOS Tahoe 26.4
Logs or stack traces
Screenshots, recordings, or supporting files

Research direction
Start in apps/web and reproduce the checkpoint failure using a git-initialized repository on macOS, while capturing the complete work log rather than only its cutoff. Done means the checkpoint mechanism works through repeated conversation turns for this repository and the full log is available for investigation.
