Description
Before submitting
- I searched existing issues and did not find a duplicate.
- I included enough detail to reproduce or investigate the problem.
Area
apps/web (observed in the macOS desktop app)
Steps to reproduce
- Open Settings → Providers → Add provider instance.
- On the Driver tab, leave Codex selected.
- Click Config without entering identity details. The wizard shows Identity with an “Instance ID is required” message. Click Driver to return to the driver selection.
- Watch the left edge of the selected Codex card immediately after switching back. Repeat the tab switch if needed.
Expected behavior
The selected Codex card keeps its complete rounded purple selection border throughout the tab transition.
Actual behavior
The left edge of the selected Codex card's purple border is briefly clipped after returning to Driver, then restores itself. The card remains selected and its checkmark stays visible. The clipping is visible around 00:03.25 in the recording.
Impact
Cosmetic issue

Workaround
Wait briefly after switching back to Driver; the border restores itself without changing the selection.
