Summary
On Windows 11, the Claude application keeps opening at intervals while using T3 Code (Alpha). It pops up on its own without me launching it, which interrupts whatever I'm doing.
Expected behavior
T3 Code should talk to the Claude provider without repeatedly opening the Claude desktop/app window.
Actual behavior
The Claude app opens on an interval while T3 Code (Alpha) is in use on Windows 11.
Environment
- OS: Windows 11
- T3 Code: Alpha
- Provider involved: Claude
Notes
Happy to add more detail (screenshots, exact Alpha build, whether this is Claude Desktop vs Claude Code CLI, how often it opens) if useful.

Research direction
Start in apps/desktop and reproduce the issue on Windows 11 while using T3 Code (Alpha) with the Claude provider. Determine whether the repeated launch is Claude Desktop or Claude Code CLI behavior and capture the relevant build and frequency details. Done means the provider can be used without repeatedly opening the Claude application.
