[Bug]: Browser preview corners extend outside the glass frame when maximized

Steps to reproduce
- In T3 Code Nightly on Windows, have an agent use the browser.
- Pop out the browser preview.
- Expand/maximize the preview.
- Inspect the preview corners. The bottom-left and bottom-right corners are the easiest to see and are marked with red arrows in the screenshot.
Expected behavior
The page and its scrollbars should stay contained within the rounded glass frame.
Actual behavior
The page/scrollbar edges extend slightly outside the rounded glass frame at the preview corners. This affects more than the bottom corners; those are just the easiest to see in the screenshot. Small visual bug; no functional issue is being reported.
