Bug Report
Please answer these questions before submitting your issue. Thanks!
- What did you do?
I upgraded tiup to v1.15.1, but the display version is v1.15.0.
tiup --version
1.15.0 tiup
Go Version: go1.21.9
Git Ref: v1.15.1
GitHash: 7f0e0fa8b7d5521075a9be2015eff442769fad47
Maybe we forgot to update the patch version in version.go.
BTW, why not update the version automatically when building?

Research direction
Start with the referenced pkg/version/version.go and reproduce the mismatch using the reported tiup --version output. Confirm that the displayed version matches the v1.15.1 Git Ref, then check the build-version update question; done means the command reports the released version consistently.
