Feature Request
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe:
Now, this feature helps users automatically set some system parameters to the correct values. However, some parameter values may be lost after a reboot, and not all parameters have a precisely optimal value. In the future, we hope to categorize it: first, differentiate between parameters that must be set and best practices; second, redirect some less reliable automatic apply to the documentation, allowing users to manually handle them.

Research direction
The issue names only the cluster check command and does not identify files, tests, or an entry point. Start by locating that command in the TiUP CLI, then determine the intended refactoring scope and which behavior must remain unchanged. The issue needs concrete acceptance criteria before completion can be verified.
