Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe:
I deploy a TiKV cluster (without tidb-server).
But on the grafana dashboard, I can find dashboard for TiDB and TiFlash.
Describe the feature you'd like:
Import Grafana dashboard as needed.
If I do not deploy tidb-server (only deploy pd and tikv), TiDB dashboard should not be imported to grafana.
