We need a template for TiKV users.
These users only want to deploy pd、tikv and grafana (without tidb).
Describe the feature you'd like:
I'd like tiup cluster template --tikv to output a cluster topology template without tidb.
Besides the default path should be tikv-data instead of tidb-data.
Why the featue is needed:
We should optimize the experience of TiKV users.
