Description
遇到实际用户环境，用户运行部会控制网络策略，内网网络策略非常收紧。
但在目前官方文档没有介绍 tiup 中控机涉及运维需要开通哪些防火墙端口，希望介绍下。
像是通用的需求，用户生产环境上线也需适配合适的网络策略。
希望文档上介绍和完善。
