Description

Enhancement

Some functions of TiFlash do not handle sql mode well. These functions should be reviewed and support SQL mode.
Currently, we only consider the NO_ZERO_IN_DATE, NO_ZERO_DATE, and ERROR_FOR_DIVISION_BY_ZERO sql mode.

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the TiFlash functions that handle SQL mode, then review the behavior required for NO_ZERO_IN_DATE, NO_ZERO_DATE, and ERROR_FOR_DIVISION_BY_ZERO; the issue links PR 9107 for the division-by-zero work. Done means both checklist items are supported and verified by relevant tests.
