Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or benchmark entry points. Start by locating TiFlash's existing performance-test and compiler build setup, then determine how amd64 builds for GCC 7, GCC 10, and Clang 14 are run and compared. Done means recorded performance results for all three compiler targets.
