## Enhancement
The current [Code Review Guide](https://github.com/pingcap/tidb/blob/b628c220ad030ba99c7f432e73e2cde57dc79ce2/code_review_guide.md) is a bit light on detail, especially compared to its corresponding section in the [TiDB Development Guide](https://pingcap.github.io/tidb-dev-guide/contribute-to-tidb/review-a-pr.html), and could benefit from cleanup and further elaboration.
