### 1. Minimal reproduce step (Required)
Hi,
In the following test case, there are two equivalent queries, one is a normal SELECT, and the other is a prepared SELECT. However, they have different results: the normal SELECT returns an empty result, but the prepared SELECT returns one row.
```
CREATE TABLE t0(c0 NUMERIC UNSIGNED );
INSERT INTO t0(c0) VALUES (355074420);
CREATE VIEW v0(c0) AS SELECT CAST(((((t0.c0)NOT LIKE(t0.c0))) IS NULL) AS DATE) FROM t0;
SELECT * FROM v0 WHERE true GROUP BY v0.c0 HAVING BIT_AND(((v0.c0)>(CAST(v0.c0 AS CHAR)))); -- empty
SET @b = true;
PREPARE prepare_query FROM 'SELECT * FROM v0 WHERE ? GROUP BY v0.c0 HAVING BIT_AND(((v0.c0)>(CAST(v0.c0 AS CHAR))))';
EXECUTE prepare_query USING @b; -- 0000-00-00
```
Then I run the following query and find the BIT_AND returns incorrect result

SET @b = true;
PREPARE prepare_query FROM 'SELECT BIT_AND(((v0.c0)>(CAST(v0.c0 AS CHAR)))) FROM v0 WHERE ? GROUP BY v0.c0 HAVING BIT_AND(((v0.c0)>(CAST(v0.c0 AS CHAR))))';
EXECUTE prepare_query USING @b; -- 18446744073709551615
```
