As you can see, there is no stats cache eviction at all, yet it continued to attempt a sync load after the workload had been running for 24 hours.
### 2. What did you expect to see? (Required)
The sync load QPS should gradually drop to 0.
### 3. What did you see instead (Required)
It continued to try to sync loads.
### 4. What is your TiDB version? (Required)
v8.5.4,master
