## Enhancement
1. We need to enhance br summary report elapsed time for each phase of backup/restore, such as ddl execution time, spit/scatter time, checksum time, compaction time, etc.
2. expose br pod metrics to grafana https://github.com/pingcap/tidb/issues/59229
3. new metrics in br CR
4. new metadata table
