Error msg not correct in TiKV env

```

same error msg

In unistore
```
mysql> update sc set a = 4 where a > '1x';
ERROR 1292 (22007): Truncated incorrect DOUBLE value: '1x'
```

In TiKV
```
mysql> update sc set a = 4 where a > '1x';
ERROR 1292 (22007): Truncated incorrect INTEGER value: '1x'
```

In MySQL
```
mysql> update sc set a = 4 where a > '1x';
ERROR 1292 (22007): Truncated incorrect DOUBLE value: '1x'
```
