SELECT fails to fetch the value when using HEX as the predicate

Run the following statements.
```SQL
CREATE TABLE t0(c0 FLOAT UNSIGNED);
INSERT INTO t0 (c0) VALUES (18446700000000000000);
SELECT c0 FROM t0 WHERE HEX(c0); -- actual: {}, expected: {18446700000000000000}
```

### 2. What did you expect to see? (Required)
The SELECT statement returns the column c0 value.
### 3. What did you see instead (Required)
The SELECT statement return an empty set.
