```sql
DROP TABLE IF EXISTS t0;
CREATE TABLE t0 (c0 TEXT);
INSERT INTO t0 VALUES('a');
UPDATE t0 SET c0 = 1 WHERE true<

I try the same statements in MySQL, where the UPDATE statement succeeded to update the value.

mysql> SELECT tidb_version();
