Description
according to https://tikv.org/docs/7.1/concepts/explore-tikv-features/backup-restore/
br can be used to backup tikv,
however that requires "raw" backups?
https://docs.pingcap.com/tidb-in-kubernetes/stable/backup-restore-cr/#backup-cr-fields
doesnt list any of that, so i'm assuming its not possible to use tidb-operator to backup tikv?
