Feature Request
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe:
https://github.com/pingcap/tidb-lightning/issues/69 and https://github.com/pingcap/tidb-lightning/issues/233 are created to trace the streaming support of tidb-lightning.
We have to update the operator accordingly when they are done.
Please note that tidb-lightning may not support streaming for a whole gz file including all the backup files.
