- write data upstream
- start 50 changefeed with blackhole
- pause to write data upstream
What did you expect to see?

What did you see instead?
The changefeed resovledTs lag increase.

Research direction
No source file, test, or entry point is named. Reproduce the release-8.5 scenario with MySQL, 50 blackhole changefeeds, and upstream writes while paused; inspect resolvedTs lag and sink byte metrics. Done means the resolvedTs lag does not increase when the sink writes zero bytes, with a regression test or clear diagnostic evidence.
