Description

ALTER TABLE `partition_table`.`t1` EXCHANGE PARTITION `p3` WITH TABLE `partition_table2`.`t2`

I think the DDL event should set the schemaName to partition_table, and tableName to t1.

In reality, schemaName is set to partition_table2, tableName is set to t2

Start at TiCDC's DDL event handling for EXCHANGE PARTITION and reproduce the issue with the ALTER TABLE statement shown. Confirm that the emitted event uses partition_table and t1 rather than partition_table2 and t2, and add or update coverage for this statement.
