Description
When the downstream is TiDB, and have multiple tidb servers, each ddl statement costs at least 500ms.
Currently, we execute many type's ddls one by one, like create tables.
So when there are a lot of create tables or other similar ddls at the same time, these ddls will cost at least 500ms * Numbers, which is inconvenient and inefficient.
Thus, we need to consider batch the ddl events or other optimization methods based on the 500ms situations.
