Description

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Yes. My initial expectation was a straightforward setup process, anticipating the ability to seamlessly integrate the TiCDC New Architecture Trial into my standard development workflow, which primarily revolves around a Windows-based machine. However, the reality proved to be more complex. It quickly became apparent that direct execution on a Windows environment was not a readily available option.

Describe the feature you'd like

I want that testing should be able directly for windows and cloud based code editors like Github code spaces

Describe alternatives you've considered

Had to run it by enable WSL and then installing Ubuntu

Research direction

Start by reviewing the current TiCDC New Architecture Trial setup process and identifying which steps require WSL or Ubuntu. Define completion as being able to run the trial directly on Windows and in GitHub Codespaces, then verify both environments without relying on WSL.
