1、原文：滚动升级 TiDB 服务，滚动升级期间不影响业务运行。
肯定有影响，尤其是业务高峰期不建议进行升级，建议描述清楚影响并给正确的建议。
2、原文：Binary 不是建议的安装方式，对升级支持也不友好，建议换成 TiUP 部署。
建议修改为分布式系统为了保证版本一致性和兼容性，请使用配套的部署工具。
3、原文：执行 DDL 操作时遇到的字符集 (charset) 问题
大都罗列了与版本升级相关的问题，建议版本变更及version 2 version 的升级单独整理文档说明。
