翻看了中文文档的配置说明，发现缺少“分别配置pd, tikv, tidb并组合成最小系统”。
我觉得系统应逐层递进，从单个组件启动组装，到启动管理器自动组装多个组件，，是递进的，也就是说上层可以downgrade到下层。（拆解 tiup playground 和 tiup cluster）
写了个blog，期待官方整理sample并合成进现有文档：“单机tikv-cluster配置方法”，"单机xxx配置方法" 等，作为配置集群的过渡。
