建议不同版本可以有一个已知bug的列表文档，这样升级前可以参考，根据是否触发痛点决定是否要升级对应版本，比如我们觉得升级到最新版本可能不够稳定，GA版本是比较稳定的，升级了3.0.0的GA，然后升级后发现仍然有些问题，比如https://asktug.com/t/topic/2226/4 这就导致我可能在升级完后为了修复问题马上又得升级，如果我提前看到了就可以选择不升级到该版本，此外，像
这种描述也建议加到升级文档里，我是单独看了下tidb binlog的文档才注意到，否则很可能因为3.0.0版本drainer配置命名不同的问题导致升级后drainer服务异常
