Description

It would be useful to have an indicator showing which events are in progress, or upcoming.

I'm not sure how it could look. One idea could be to have a "now" event shown, which would work to tell which events are in the past. Another idea (possibly in addition) could be to have an icon prefixing "ongoing" events (events which include the current time).

Research direction

The issue names no file, test, or entry point to begin with. First clarify whether the desired behavior is a current-time marker, an indicator for ongoing events, or both, and define how the indicator should appear in khal's terminal output. Done should include an agreed design and tests covering past, ongoing, and upcoming events.
