Date display misaligned with Hungarian locale

Describe the bug

Running LC_ALL=hu_HU.UTF-8 ikhal shows

Notice it's only 5 days and completely misaligned.

Start by reproducing the issue with LC_ALL=hu_HU.UTF-8 ikhal using the reported khal 0.13.0 configuration, then trace the ikhal date-display entry point and compare the Hungarian output with another locale. Done means the calendar shows all seven days with correctly aligned columns under the Hungarian locale.
