Description

In a shared calendar environment the CLASS property is rather useful to hide sensitive details in events from others (e.g. passwords for online meetings in the description of the event; but the event itself should be visible in the shared calendar to indicate that you are not available).
Currently it’s not possible in khal to set that property.

Research direction

The issue identifies khal's calendar event editing and the iCalendar CLASS property as the scope. Start by locating where event properties are created or edited and how privacy is displayed, then check existing tests for event editing. Done means users can set public, private, or confidential CLASS values and the resulting event preserves them.
