Description

gt run
Error: Current directory is not a WebEngine project

There are two common cases when this error happens:

  1. composer install has not been run
  2. You're in a nested directory (e.g. the page/class directory)

Either way, the script should be clever enough to know this and give a more appropriate error message.

Research direction

Start by locating the gt run error handling and the project-root checks it uses. Reproduce the command with and without composer install, both at the project root and in a nested directory; done means each case produces an appropriate, distinct error message.
