Description
Description
These have no unit tests, but we aren't even doing a smoke test for builds. Apache should be easy since it's in repo on Linux (Windows, unsure how annoying), LiteSpeed is another thing to download.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the existing CI configuration and the build paths for the Apache and LiteSpeed modules. Determine how Apache can be built on Linux and how the LiteSpeed download should be provided, then add smoke coverage for both builds and verify the CI jobs complete successfully.
