Invalid trait insteadof list

The following code:

        return 'A';
    }
}

trait B {
    public function test() {
        return 'B';
    }
}

class C {
    use A, B {
        A::test insteadof B;
        B::test insteadof A;
    }
}

$c = new C();
var_dump($c->test());

Resulted in this output:

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined method C::test()

But I expected this output instead:

Some trait-resolution-time error

Start by running the minimal PHP reproducer from the issue on a supported PHP build and compare the undefined-method result with the expected trait-resolution-time error. Trace how the use A, B block processes the two opposing insteadof declarations; done means the invalid list is rejected with a trait-resolution error rather than leaving C::test() undefined.
