Description
Recently it was publicly asked for folks who might want to understand the windows build process (I'll assume with tests so you know you're not building 💩 [not chocolate desert] )
I noticed github actions and the wider windows community uses chocolatey.
Would it be of interest to add instructions on installing these packages?
I know this is for php dev docs, but the php-src repo unhelpfully asks folks to post docs issues here, with no discriminating advice on which docs.

Research direction
Start by locating the PHP Windows build documentation and the GitHub Actions configuration that installs Windows dependencies. Determine which Chocolatey packages are needed for building and testing, then document their installation and verify that the instructions match the existing workflow.
