Description

As someone who uses another language beside English, I often browse in Hebrew sites too, where all links are written in Hebrew.
Effectively it means that when I use link hints filtering, I cannot filter the Hebrew links by typing their content after pressing f.

Is it possible for the link hints filtering feature to map other languages?
On top of that, an even better option is for this feature to filter both English and Hebrew links simultaneously by mapping my keystrokes to both keyboard maps, so when I'm browsing in Hebrew sites while my keyboard is in Hebrew, the English filtering will still work for English written links, and vice-versa.

Hope there is a way.

Research direction

Start at the link hints filtering feature described in the issue and reproduce it on a Hebrew-language page while switching keyboard layouts. Determine the expected behavior for filtering Hebrew links and for matching English and Hebrew input simultaneously; done means both cases work in the browser and are covered by tests.
