Description
Describe the bug
Global Marks don't respect capital letters from caps lock, which is in opposition to the design of the rest of Vimium's use of keybinds.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Set a Global Mark
- Using caps lock, press backtick and type the character associated with that mark.
- It tries to take you to a global mark, unless you're holding shift.
Browser and Vimium version
Done on Vivaldi via Chromium, on MacOS.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Reproduce the global-mark behavior in Vimium on Chromium/Vivaldi with Caps Lock, then locate the global-mark key handling; done means Caps Lock preserves the intended uppercase mark behavior without requiring Shift.
