Description

Describe the bug

Vimium doesn't seem to exclude any keys on embedded videos.

My pattern is excluding keys on the embedding site but when I focus on the video all keys are set again. Is there a way to exclude perhaps all media elements?

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to URL 'https://aniwave.to'
  2. Set a rule for https?://aniwave.to/*

Browser and Vimium version

FF: 120.0
Vimium: 2.0.6

Research direction

Reproduce the issue at https://aniwave.to by adding the reported exclusion rule, then focus the embedded video and verify which keys are handled. Trace the key-exclusion behavior for embedded media and confirm that excluded keys remain inactive after focus moves to the video.
