Description
Include/exclude elements from Open a link commands by using a CSS selector.
Example:
{
"match": "https://www.reddit.com/*",
"include": [
".threadline"
],
"exclude": [
".icon.icon-notification"
]
}
Exclude should work on matched element and all its descendants.

Research direction
Start by tracing the existing “Open a link” command and its link-matching logic; the issue does not name implementation files or tests. Determine where matched elements and descendants are filtered, then add coverage for include and exclude CSS selectors, including exclusion of a matched element's descendants. Done means the example configuration produces the requested link set.
