Description
Current behavior
[n]visitPreviousTab keeps a global list of all tabs (in all browsing windows) in most recently visited order, and switches to the n-th one in the list.
Expected behavior of new feature
A new command, say, [n]visitPreviousTabInCurrentWindow also keeps local lists of tabs, one for a browsing window, and switches to the n-th one in the local list of current window.

Research direction
Trace the existing [n]visitPreviousTab command and its global most-recently-visited tab list first. Implement the new [n]visitPreviousTabInCurrentWindow behavior so it maintains a separate list per browsing window and selects the n-th tab in the current window; done means switching never uses tabs from another window.
